The Villa Roja is well located in Estepona west in Andalusia on the Costa del Sol, about 2 km away from the old town and only about 40 metres from the beautiful beaches.
This modern-design villa is located in a very quiet urbanisation with very little traffic. The villa was built only four years ago and is contained within its own beautiful garden and its own nice sized private swimming pool. There are terraces with sun beds, and sufficient tables and chairs for eating outside. The lounge offers Sky TV and an open fireplace. The kitchen has clean lines and comes fully equiped. All three of the bedrooms are good sized and comfortable.
